Product Manager - Mon Portail

We're looking for a Product Manager to Betao’s core SaaS-product that helps entrepreneurs to grow and succeed with their companies.

About the position  
As a Product Manager for our online web application your key focus will be to increase customer retention metrics for our digital company management product. We are hiring for a broad role where you will get a lot of room for making a difference in our product!  

As a product manager with Betao your attention will be on prioritising and releasing new features on one of our products and tailoring it to customers’ needs, based on quantitative and qualitative customer data. You will work as part of the Product Team where you will be given you a lot of freedom to develop your ideas.    

The product you will be working on will be part of Portail Auto-Entrepreneur, a French online web application, that allows aspiring entrepreneurs to manage all administrative and financial aspects of their company so they can focus on their core business. We are taking on some fierce competition in this well-established market, but we are confident we have what it takes to capture a significant portion of it! 

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: 

• Conducting in depth analysis both on the global market for invoicing tools and on our competitors to identify best practices 
• Translating these insights into a crystal-clear vision, ideas for new features and a prioritised roadmap for the product.  
• Contributing ideas for solutions that meet product objectives. 
• Collaborating with our UX design team to create features that are truly user-centric. 
• Scoping work and writing tickets for our development team.  
• Implementing product KPI, track them and derive actions plans when necessary.   
• You will interact on a daily basis with Design, Tech, Customer Support and Marketing.    

 
We are looking for someone with: 

• At least 2 years of experience working in a digital product team as either product owner, product manager or similar operating a live B2C online web application. 
• A relevant degree, preferably within Product Management, Design, Marketing, Tech or similar 

• A data driven approach with experience from analysing data and gathering insights from Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.  
• You communicate in English idiomatically, both verbally and in writing. 

 
It's an extra plus if you:  

• Have previous experience from contributing to a significant product growth phase 
• Have experience working with financial or legal products 
• Have experience from running your own company 
• Can speak / write in French
