Talent acquisition and retention manager

Betao is currently looking for a Talent acquisition and retention manager to oversee and deliver our people strategy.

Betao is a rising star on French legal tech market.  We’re a Swedish-French tech company based in Stockholm. We build tools and services that help entrepreneurs succeed. We are the largest French website for autoentrepreneurs’ incorporation and run the largest auto-entrepreneurs community in France.

Your Role:

As an experienced HR with a clear spike in recruitment and solid knowledge of Swedish Labour law, your role will mostly be to be take charge of the following topics:

HR Strategy

Define with the CEO what our strategy should be to attract and retain the best people and help them thrive

 

Recruitment 

 As a fast growing company, recruitment is of strategic importance for BETAO. Being able to recruit talented people fast is key to our development.

Your recruiting roles and necessary skills would range from

  • Understanding business stakes and needs for each function to be able to understand precisely the type of profiles and skills needed and to drive recruitment process accordingly
  • Performing job interviews with a good ability to “read” people and address insightful recommendations on candidates to management team

Defining recruitment strategy for each type of population (from public job boards to top level headhunters depending on position to fill) and creating a network of “recruitment sources” to directly source people whenever possible

 

Performance Assessment & Management / training

-Support team to drive a high performance culture to improve the service delivery for our customers through proactive management, effective performance management and coaching

-Provide learning and personal development solutions to support business needs and career development

 

Personnel administration and Employee Relations

-Manage people’s onboarding to the company, from a technical and human perspective

-Manage compliance with all Swedish labour laws

-Own the approach to employee consultation and engagement to ensure our people are appropriately involved and informed on business decisions which affect them 

 

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in Sweden
  • Very strong human skills and ability to quickly create bonds with people
  • Good analytical skills and ability to quickly understand organizational matters
  • Team player
  • Easy to get along with
  • Fluency in English is a must, conversational French a big plus
